Terms of Service.
This Master Service Agreement governs the relationship between the subscribing organization and Rethela Technology for use of the Redevv Core platform.

01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or utilizing the Redevv Core platform ("the Platform"), your organization ("the Client") enters into a formal institutional agreement with Rethela Technology, Mumbai, India.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions.
02. License & Permitted Use
Rethela Technology grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to the Client to utilize the Platform strictly for internal project planning, execution intelligence, and technical documentation generation for EPC and industrial construction projects.
Unauthorized redistribution, reverse-engineering of planning heuristics, or use of platform outputs for building competing AI models is strictly prohibited.
Service Scope
Redevv provides AI-assisted execution planning based on Client-uploaded engineering documents and manual inputs. The Platform is designed as an intelligence support tool intended for use by qualified engineering and project management personnel.
User Responsibilities
The Client remains solely responsible for verifying the engineering correctness, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence of all AI-generated execution plans and job sheets before field deployment or site execution.
Data Ownership & Confidentiality
All Client-provided drawings, project data, and organization-specific information remain the exclusive property of the Client. Rethela Technology maintains a strict policy of non-disclosure and institutional confidentiality regarding all project inputs and platform outputs.
05. Payment & Subscription
• Payments are managed via Razorpay Secure Gateway.
• All subscriptions attract GST as per Indian statutory norms.
• Access requires a verified and active billing cycle.
• Suspended accounts retain view-access for 14 days.
• Renewals are processed automatically unless cancelled.
• Institutional invoices are generated for every transaction.
Service Availability
Rethela Technology targets 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows, performed during off-peak hours (IST), are communicated in advance. Constant algorithmic improvement is part of the standard service lifecycle.
Suspension Conditions
Platform access may be suspended for non-payment or detected violations of usage terms. Redevv ensures a transparent appeal process and 7-day warning period before institutional account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
As a planning intelligence tool, Redevv facilitates decision-making but does not replace professional engineering judgment. Rethela Technology shall not be held liable for mechanical, structural, or safety failures at the field level, as all execution remains under the authority of the Client's licensed site engineers.
Retention & Access
Upon agreement termination, Clients are provided a 14-day window to export historical planning data and job sheets. Permanent data deletion can be initiated by the Client administrator at any time.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. All disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
