01. Subscription Cancellation
Clients may initiate a subscription cancellation at any time through the Billing & Usage section of the Redevv Platform.
Protocol Note: Cancellation prevents future billing cycles. However, access to the platform, execution planning features, and historical plans remains fully active until the end of the current paid billing period.
02. Billing & Renewal
Fulfillment
Subscriptions are billed in advance (Monthly or Annually) via Razorpay. GST is applied accurately to all institutional invoices as per Indian tax regulations.
Automatic Renewal
To ensure uninterrupted project planning, subscriptions renew automatically unless a cancellation request is logged prior to the renewal date.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of SaaS delivery and the immediate provisioning of AI computing resources, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Exceptional Cases for Refund Consideration:
- Verified sustained platform outages (>24h)
- Duplicate transaction billing
- Verified failed service delivery
- Clerical billing or tax errors
Service Interruption
If significant technical disruption prevents essential platform use for an extended period, Redevv may, at its sole discretion, offer service credits or partial billing adjustments for future cycles.
Data Access
Clients retain full access to their data and generated plans until the subscription expiration date. Data export and portability tools remain available during this transition period.
Billing Disputes
Institutional billing discrepancies must be reported to the Governance Desk within 15 days of the transaction date. Redevv commits to investigating and resolving legitimate billing queries within 5 business days.
